# WASHPAP 2030

In March and April 2021, young delegates from around the world, participating in English, Spanish, French and Russian, engaged in an MUN-style discussion focusing on SDG 6: Ensuring safe and equitable access to clean water and sanitation for everyone by 2030. Arranged by MUN Impact Global and One Shared World the main goal was to create a document with concrete ideas and proposed actions to advance this objective. This was followed by an hour-long WASHPAP + Advocacy session.

Global Week of Action for the SDGs

Global Weeks of Action (GWoA) are student-created events that focused on a particular SDG. Held over two weekends at the beginning of the month, our student leadership team organized four days of workshops, discussion forums with issue experts, a direct action campaign, knowledge and resources sharing, and our popular SDG Sand Box and Dolphin Pool, where students design action projects and then share them with a panel of experts. GWoAs were attended online by thousands of students in over 130 countries.

COMMUNITY Magazine

Each month, the MUNI student Press Team produced COMMUNITY, MUN Impact’s publication highlighting the many programs and initiatives undertaken by youth around the world. Twenty-three publications were produced in 2020-2023. Check out the MUN Impact bookshelf here.

100K Deeds Challenge

The #100,000 Deeds was a campaign designed to raise awareness and encourage action to advance the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Schools, youth groups and individual students can make specific commitments to take a small action to support the SDGs. That action is then recorded on a Deed Card, which is then shared with others on social media.

Global Summits

In 2020 and 2021, MUN Impact hosted student-run online conferences, with multiple simultaneous sessions, Spanish strands and interpretation, the launch of our global Dolphin Pool, UN guest speakers and more. These events were hosted by high school students for their peers in over 130 countries
