Shot@Life

Shot@Life is a campaign under the UN Foundation umbrella that educates, connects and empowers people to promote lifesaving vaccines for vaccine preventable diseases around the world for children under 5, especially in less developed countries.

Every 20 seconds, a child dies from vaccine preventable diseases. So if you’ve got a few seconds each day, one that so many of us take for granted, please consider donating a photo to Shot@Life everyday.

There are many children in the world who do not have access to the vaccines and healthcare systems that we so fortunately are born with access to. Here is a way you can easily contribute each day!

For every photo you donate to Shot@Life, Johnson&Johnson donates $1 to Shot@Life to provide lifesaving vaccines.

You can do so by
1. Downloading the “Donate a Photo – a charity app for giving” by Johnson & Johnson on Google Play or the App Store.
2. Create an account and choose the cause to donate to as Shot@Life (you will see a banner with 3 girls).
3. Upload a photo. This photo can be a photo of anything (doesn’t have to be you, but keep it appropriate!), it can be your pet, a plant … basically most things under the sky!
*Photos stay internal to the app and on their partnership website of Donate a Photo. Although, make sure you post a photo that you won’t mind even if it goes public. Remember, it can just be any picture!

You can support this cause to provide less privileged children around the world with a privileged that you have been given – a shot at life.
